Our Caring Staff

Our staff at Cornerstone of Oak Creek love what they do and are uncompromising in their standards of compassionate care for residents.  Our caregivers find that residents become like family members to them and residents appreciate the kindness and compassion of the caregivers in their daily lives.

With the crazy rush of getting our dad moved, we did not get the opportunity to stop by and thank all of you at Cornerstone for the care you gave to both mom and dad during their time with you. Given distance and a busy work schedule, it was a relief to us that you and your staff had our parents under your watchful eye. Please make sure to thank all of them personally for us, and let your new ownership know how much the families appreciate all of the thoughtful care that you and your staff provide.

Being there for people in the most difficult transition of their life is something I hold close in my heart. I cannot wait to be able to make incredible lifelong friendships and relationships with the people who reside at Cornerstone of Oak Creek. Being able to provide the best quality of care and life for the residents is what it is truly all about.”

Tamara

Tamara has been in the healthcare field for nearly three decades. She began her career in healthcare on the floor providing cares to residents and worked her way up the ladder into management roles. It’s the skills she has learned along the way that help her create an atmosphere of collaboration among staff and a supported environment amongst residents and their families. Tamara uses her frontline experience to guide operations, support staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. In her free time Tamara enjoys outdoor walks and riding her bike!

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to support staff and residents helping them be the best versions of themselves. Helping those be the best version of themselves allows me to grow and become a better version of myself.
